Egg Nog – Baltimore

1800's recipie.

Ingredients

Double Batch:

.75 oz Simple Syrup

.25 tsp Grated Nutmeg

1 oz. Cognac

.5 oz. Jamaican Rum

.75 oz. Madeira Wine

5 oz. Milk

Ingredients

Build in 2 shakers In one small tin add the 2 egg whites Dry shake with strainer spring to bring as close to stiff peaks as possible In the other small tin add the all else except milk & dry shake Roll ingredients between the 2 shakers Add the milk Garnish with grated nutmeg
